choose between two equally premium picnics

Upon receiving the date & time request, we will reach out to you to discuss the details.  We will then send you an invoice for a 50% deposit of your total invoice to reserve your date and time. This allows us to begin planning and preparing every detail of your experience.  Once payment is received, your booking is guaranteed.

The remaining balance of your invoice is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled picnic or event. This ensures we can finalize all details and prepare your experience to perfection.

 Arizona skies are usually kind, but if weather becomes a concern, we’ll work with you to reschedule or relocate your event.

Outside food isn’t necessary since all menus are prepared by our culinary team, but if you have special dietary needs or preferences, let us know...we’re happy to tailor your experience. (Guests must comply with local alcohol regulations.) 

Yes! We can provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free options upon request. Please share any restrictions at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly. 

Most picnics are designed for 1 1/2 hours, but we can extend your time for an additional fee if you’d like to stay a little longer. 

We create experiences throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas and will travel to Sedona or Prescott for an additional fee.  You can choose one of our recommended locations or suggest your own, e.g., backyard.

All picnic reservations are non-refundable, as each experience is custom-prepared. However, we’re happy to reschedule your picnic or issue a credit toward a future date if we receive at least 7 days’ written notice.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance (or 14 days for groups of 8 or more) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for credit.

We understand plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate a new date when possible.
